Prophecy was spoken into Fatia's life from the womb. She was not a mistake but was anointed to be used by God as a beacon to draw other young people that were otherwise unchurched to the kingdom of God. Fatia at a very young age began to fall in love with music of all genres, Gospel, Jazz, Old School and Classical. By the age of three began singing publicly. She was known as The Lil' Shake, Shake, girl..."Shake the Devil Off". This was her signature song for four years. Fatia started her ministry as a songstress at Grace Tabernacle under the ministry leadership of her godparents the late Evangelist Betty & Rev. Timothy Wright. Pastor Wright. through their encouragement Fatia began singing Sunday mornings and occasionally when Pastor Wright went out to preach.
By the age of seven Fatia joined the Children of the Promise Childrens' choir at Highland Church of Jamaica, NY, Subash Cherian, Senior Pastor. At Highland Church she excelled under the musical tutorship of Minister Mary, Minister Emmanuella and musical director Minister Valerie where she sang lead on a couple of their songs. Singing has always been her passion which has brought her to this point in life.
After being introduced to Jarred "AllStar" Haynes and a few jam sessions in the studio, Jarred saw Fatia's potential as an artist. After several meetings with Jarred "AllStar" Haynes, Fatia, her (auntie Princess) manager, and her mommy signed her first contract with White Light Recording Production of West Babylon, NY in July, 2010. Fatia has spent numerous hours in the studio allowing God to have his way in her writing and through her voice to reach other young people.
